Designed for staff, it covers all aspects of the coffee brewing process. Lessons are always combined with a full program of practical exercises. Certificates of Achievement are awarded on completion of the training school.

All students who participated and achieved a high level of coffee production skills will receive this certificate. Our training program not only entails the making of a perfect espresso,cappuccino,latte, etc but it also includes theory on relevant factors such as:

• Customer Service
• Maintaining coffee equipment
• Coffee grinder settings
• Quality Control

Can you provide barista training?

If you want your business to produce the best tasting coffee then training is essential. Even with high quality professional coffee equipment training is essential to develop you and your staff into barista’s. We provide barista training completely free and it is part of our ongoing after sales service. We want to ensure that you are getting the most of out your coffee and your equipment to keep your customers satisfied and coming back for more.

Can I rent a coffee machine?

Bonissimo offers a facility for renting coffee machines and equipment.

Renting offers a number of advantages over buying a coffee machine outright, such as:

• no long term contact
• flexibility to purchase equipment and recieve a 75% rental rebate if you purchase within 12 months.
• ability to upgrade equipment at the end of the 12 month rental period

Can i lease a coffee machine?

we do provide a facility which allows you to lease coffee machines which provides customers with a number of advantages. The cost of the lease payments is fully tax deductable and at the end of the leasing period you can pay a small residual to own the coffee machine outright.

Do you supply cups and other promotional material?

Yes all our coffee customers will receive free ceramic cups on loan as well as various other promotional material including umbrellas, wind barrier, light signs etc.

Can you provide regular maintenance for our coffee machine?

Yes our trained technicians can provide preventative maintenance and servicing for your coffee machine which should be performance every 3/6 months depending upon weekly coffee consumption, type of coffee made among many other factors.

What Warranty comes with your commercial coffee machines?

All commercial coffee machines come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
